Our Santa on the Beach sessions are 5 minutes for $115, with 10 hi-res edited photos delivered to your inbox within 7 days. You can unlock your entire gallery of 20+ images for an extra $35.

New session for 2026 — Christmas minis without Santa

On Friday mornings we're offering relaxed beach Christmas photos with no Santa at all; same beautiful beach, same photographer, same 10 edited images. Perfect for little ones who aren't keen on the big man in red, older kids, or anyone who just wants gorgeous festive photos without the meltdown. $80 on Friday mornings only.

You can also add a personalised Letter from Santa for $15 per child (more on that below).

Can we add a personalised Letter from Santa?

Yes; new for 2026. For $15 per child, we'll craft your child a letter from Santa himself: addressed to them by name, with their age and one special detail only Santa could know (the new puppy, how kind they've been to their little brother). Santa hands it to them at the end of your session, straight from the North Pole (or Santa’s helper if you book a Friday session). You can add this on at the time of booking and pop in the details when you book or if you wish to add at a later date, please contact us directly.

How do I pay?

When you book, you'll pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The balance is charged before your session, so there's nothing to sort out on the day.

We accept all major cards and you can also split the cost into instalments with Klarna, or Google Pay for a one-tap checkout. Christmas is expensive enough, so pick whatever suits you.

How do we book a session?

Booking is easy! Book online through our website ‘Book Now” buttons, or find us on Instagram and Facebook. Just click the booking button and follow the prompts to secure your spot for a laughter-filled session on the sand.

How do we receive our photos?

After your session, we'll deliver your 10 high-resolution edited photos via email link to your private online gallery within 7 days, ready to download, print and share. Want them all? You can unlock your entire gallery of 20+ images for an extra $35 (either on booking or on receipt of your images via the gallery platform).

Do you offer prints, cards, magnets or gift packages?

Yes! You can order prints, Christmas card packs and framed keepsakes straight from your online gallery, delivered to your door. Just be mindful of delivery times if your session's booked mid-to-late December (order early so everything arrives before the big day.)

Is Santa's beard real?

Yes! We're so lucky to have a wonderful, dedicated grandfather and professional entertainer who brings a genuinely interactive experience to every session; real beard and all.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our sessions are outdoors, so weather's part of the fun; light cloud, a breeze or a passing shower and we shoot anyway (some of our favourite photos come from a moody sky). If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we'll make the call and let you know as early as we can. If we cancel for weather, you're first in line for a priority reschedule (we hold extra dates just for this) or a full refund if we can't find you a spot before Christmas. If we go ahead and you choose not to come, that's treated as a no-show, so keep an eye on your phone and our social media on the day of your session.

What happens if we're sick or can't make it?

Life happens! Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll do our best to reschedule you into another available session. And if you genuinely can't make it, you're welcome to pass your session on to a friend or family member rather than lose it, just send us their details.

How many people can we bring? Can we bring extended family?

One session fits up to 6 people (to ensure the best Santa experience and to maximise the variety of images we can return to you). If your group's bigger; extra grandparents, cousins, or another whole family; please just book 2 or 3 back-to-back sessions and pop a note on the booking so we keep them together. If two families each want their own gallery, each books their own session.

Can we bring our fur babies for Chrissy pics?

Absolutely, they're part of your family! We just ask that they stay on a lead for the session, as there may be other families nearby who aren't so comfortable around dogs. We have photographed birds, snakes, reptiles and even cats down on the sand.

Do you cater for different neurotypes?

You know your family best and if being in nature with bare feet in the sand is your jam, this is the Christmas photo session for you.

Our photographer is a mum of three neurodiverse children, so she's well versed in what to expect and how to work with families to make the experience the best it can be. We suggest booking an early or late session so waiting time and crowds are kept to a minimum. And if your children aren't comfortable with Santa, he can keep his distance, or we can simply capture some fun, festive photos of the family (our no-Santa Friday minis are made for exactly this, too).

What should we wear?

Matching Christmas PJs, ugly Christmas sweaters, Chrissy budgie smugglers, Santa hats, team uniforms; whatever suits your crew and your personalities! We'll also have a small box of Christmas hats and props for you to use on the day.

What is access and parking like?

There's a car park with stair access down to the beach, and a short soft-sand walk to the set. We're sorry that access isn't suitable for prams, wheelchairs, or those with mobility needs; please plan for this when you book.
